Volume 4 Issue 4

• Praise be to God for the glorious morning of health and happiness that I am blessed with! May those who are not having a similar experience be comforted by their awareness of God’s abiding presence in all times and places under all circumstances.

• I confess to having lost control of “the list.” When Growing in Christ began as an e-mail to those who requested to receive it, there was a defined list of recipients. As GiC evolved into the website that you are now linked to, those requesting to receive this newsletter became the province of the webmaster and anyone else smart enough to understand the technology (obviously I don’t fit into that category). I mention this only because I am in the process of starting another list that my simple mind can deal with.

• In two weeks Mary and I will embark upon our adventure of rediscovering our American heritage by traveling to Washington D.C., Philadelphia, New York City and Boston (we plan to witness firsthand the Boston Pops Fourth of July spectacular on the St. Charles River). We are introducing ourselves to digital photography and will happily share our experience via e-mail with anyone who so desires. Just send your e-mail address to RevMAH@aol.com with the request that it be included in “the new list” to which we will send periodic updates of our progress.

• There’s a new entry from yours truly on the “Sermons” page. As you will see, I continue in my quest for genuine spirituality. Your comments are always welcome.

• Until next time…Shalom!
